Common sticker sizes in millimetres, the pixel dimensions you need at 300 DPI, and how to set physical size correctly before generating a cut line.
Pixels = mm ÷ 25.4 × DPI. So 50 mm at 300 DPI is 591 px, 100 mm is 1181 px, and A6 (148 mm) is 1748 px. Anything below roughly 150 DPI at final size will print visibly soft.
The file info panel reads the embedded DPI to show the real physical size in millimetres. Screenshots and many web exports carry no DPI tag, so the tool falls back to 72 DPI and the sticker looks far larger than intended.
Fix this by exporting from your design tool at the intended print size with 300 DPI, rather than resizing pixels afterwards.
